Amber is a Barbie Alice in Wonderland head on a Takara Cy Girls 2.0 body. Her outfit is from the Hasbro Secret of the Savage Swamp set with a Sam Browne belt and knife from DML and boots are Hot Toys. her Fedora is from one of the Ertl hunting figures that I drybrushed with brown acrylic to pick out the details. The Adventure Team logo on her shirt is custom printed on inkjet printer fabric.

Both the Alice doll head that you have and the Red Queen doll head from that set of Mattel Alice dolls, they both need to be on larger bodies. Thanks for showing how the doll looks with a better matched body.
